Material Handler (2 openings)

Location: West Los Angeles
Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Monday-Friday (2 different shifts)
AM Schedule: 4am - 12:30pm PT (30 minute lunch)
PM Schedule: 12pm - 8:30pm PT (30 minute lunch)

Salary: $23-$25/hr
Benefits: M/D/V premiums paid by company, accrued PTO on bi-weekly basis, 10 company holidays, 401k with company match

Job Summary: This position is responsible for both the physical handling and clerical processing of materials, ensuring the timely delivery of components, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the reallocation of materials in response to internal change orders or customer-driven modifications.

Key Responsibilities:
*Perform daily material delivery and pickup between the Stockroom, Production stations, Quality, and Shipping areas.
*Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on customer cancellations, change orders, or shipping schedule shifts.
*Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, Shipping and Production teams.
*Support Production by ushering electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between suites and stations throughout the facility.
*Work closely with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure all materials are properly issued, tracked, and documented.
*Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions in the system.
*Support inventory accuracy through participation in weekly cycle counts, month-end and year-end physical inventory counts and audits.
*Ensure adherence to ESD and material handling protocols to prevent damage or contamination.

Qualifications:
*High school diploma or GED required.
*Minimum of 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling electronic components
*Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
*Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements:
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting required.
